Hyper will develop electrologistics in the Samara region

At SPIEF 2025, the federal electric propulsion operator Hyper of the RUSNANO Group signed an agreement with the Government of the Samara Region on the implementation of a large-scale project for the development of electrologistics. The document was signed by Vyacheslav Fedorishchev, the head of the region, and Alexey Tikhonov, the founder of Hyper.

The agreement provides for the creation of commercial electric vehicle fleets and charging infrastructure by the end of 2026. Investments in the regional economy from the implementation of the project will amount to more than 760 million rubles.
The implementation of the project will allow the region to solve important tasks of sustainable urban development:

✅ The introduction of environmentally friendly transport will contribute to improving the environmental situation and reducing air pollution.

✅ More than 200 jobs will be created in the fields of electric transport, energy, IT, logistics and services.

✅ In the future, the new platform will attract businesses in the fields of carsharing, logistics, last-mile delivery, rental and maintenance of electric vehicles to the region.

"We are consistently pursuing a course of technological development, creating a modern infrastructure that meets the challenges of the time, and improving people's quality of life. The signing of the agreement with Hyper is a logical continuation of our program, which corresponds to the all–Russian priorities in the field of environmentally friendly transport and innovative economy," Vyacheslav Fedorishchev emphasized. – The development of charging infrastructure is not just a local initiative, but an important area of government policy. And the Samara Region is contributing to this process by forming the infrastructure of the future, which will create new jobs, attract investments and high-tech businesses to the region, and make the region more comfortable to live in."

"Hyper has a unique experience in the integrated electrification of urban logistics. Our model of accelerated implementation of electric transport, which has been successfully tested in the regions, is now complemented by platform solutions from the company's technology pipeline. In the Samara region, we will not only apply the accumulated competencies, but also gradually introduce innovations in the field of energy, finance and customer service," said Alexey Tikhonov.

Today, Hyper's geography covers ten regions of presence, with the number of stations approaching 200. The company not only installs equipment, but also carries out its operation and maintenance, as well as connects partner stations to its network.
