The federal electric mobility operator of the RUSNANO Group Hyper continues the comprehensive implementation of a modern model for the development of electric propulsion in the regions. In 2025, the list of territories is expanding to include Moscow, St. Petersburg, the Orel, Samara and Kaliningrad regions, as well as the Republic of Udmurtia.

In addition to building its own charging stations, Hyper began connecting other operators and station owners to its EHS network, providing them with additional traffic.

Thanks to the "smart" integration of charging infrastructure with commercial electric vehicles, the company manages to ensure the necessary demand and investment attractiveness. The Hyper CMS IT platform allows you to manage partner stations and provides the owner of the charging infrastructure with full functionality for monitoring and monetization of EHS. It also allows you to use time optimization tools for electric vehicle fleets, increasing their utilization rate.
